Golf Payments:

Flexibility: Choose from several convenient payment options:
On-Site: Pay in Thai Baht cash or by Mastercard/Visa credit card at the course (just before tee-off) to our driver or representative equipped with a secure portable credit card terminal.
Upon Arrival: Pay in Thai Baht cash or by Mastercard/Visa credit card upon arriving in Phuket or on your first day of play.
Combined Payment: Settle your hotel payment in advance and include all or a portion of your golf fees.

We prioritize convenience and ease for first-time visitors, allowing you to pay as you play!

Payment Method: Bank Transfer to our secure company account.
Verification: We’ll provide a hotel confirmation number for verification.
Timing: Payment is typically due 30 days before arrival.
Confirmation: We’ll send you a payment confirmation upon receiving your funds.

Transparency: Our quoted prices for Phuket golf and hotels already include all taxes.
No Hidden Costs: We don’t charge any credit card fees or additional surcharges.

Golf Only: No deposit or prepayment is required for golf-only packages.
Hotel Bookings: As hotels typically require advance payment, we need your hotel portion payment in advance. However, most hotels offer free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, with a one-night room charge for cancellations within 7 days.

Hotel Cancellations: For cancellations made over 7 days before arrival, we provide full refunds for the hotel portion, deducting only the one-night fee charged by the hotel for cancellations within 7 days.
Refund Method: We’ll process refunds via bank transfer, with the funds typically credited to your account within 7 business days.
